Global Services
Halifax provides nationwide hardware maintenance services for HP
Compaq Global Services’ major clients. The strength of Halifax’s
HP Compaq relationship is centered on a National Printer Maintenance
Program supporting over 6000 devices at 4000 locations. In addition
to the National Printer Program, Halifax supports over 35 distinct
contracts ranging from the small office environments to nationally
networked corporate clients. Also included as part of the suite of
offerings to HP Compaq are maintenance services covering desktops,
laptops and servers.
IBM
Global Services
Halifax is an IBM Business Partner and Nationwide Enterprise Maintenance
Core Supplier supporting over 68 contracts in the public and private
sector for over 7,000 locations. Halifax supports major Fortune 100 clients
representing financial, utilities, oil and gas, entertainment and manufacturing
markets. Halifax provides nationwide maintenance support for IBM and
multi-vendor products as well as customized deployment services for IBM
Global Services major clients in all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico,
and Pacific Rim. Most recently, Halifax was selected as one of three,
out of 26 core suppliers, to provide computer maintenance to key sector
clients.
